Áine has used her extensive clinical experience and scientific knowledge to develop RADIANT - a neuroleadership coaching method - which applies the principles of neuroscience to the field of leadership, WITHOUT the psychobabble, self-help industry nonsense - helping and guiding her clients to become better leaders, more strategic communicators, and inspirers of change in others. Áine started out as an Occupational Therapist, but when a serious car accident took away her ability to do the "down-on-the-floor" therapy work with her paediatric clients that she loved so much, she decided to go down the academic route to further her career, culminating with her PhD in Population Health Research through the prestigious SPHeRE Program, funded by the Health Research Board. She is the only Occupational Therapist in Ireland to have won a place on this program! Áine went on to set up her own business, Radiance Consulting, offering Supervision, Coaching and Supervision Training services to Allied Health professionals, which grew from strength to strength. However, the incredibly positive feedback from clients in that space made her realise that her highly transferable clinical skills could add significant value for individuals and businesses in the private sector. Áine then went on to gain her qualifications in Business & Executive Coaching from the UCD Smurfit Business School and has been steadily growing a very successful Coaching & Workplace Wellbeing services business, with equally positive feedback from her corporate clients!
