I have a keen interest in alternative and complementary medicine, dietetics, and clinical nutrition. I'm working collaboratively with specialists to understand the intersection between different systems of medicine and healing for best results in patients. As a Duty Doctor and Health and Wellness Coach, I have counselled and positively impacted clients. I have also been invited to conduct various seminars and workshops for awareness and education, as well as radio shows, on health and wellness topics. I have gained valuable experience and skills in first aid, BLS, common emergency situations handling, ECG, essential drugs, intensive care.
