- Joined the team in an executive-level capacity and managed three direct reports.

- Promoted internally to the Business Operations team to help the business scale its operations, processes, and revenue. 
- Invested heavy effort into leveling up Client Experience Operations by maturing their time tracking processes, instituting a renewal/upsell revenue forecast, developing a client health methodology, and creating a Client Insights Dashboard through Looker Studio.
- Matured and developed a Deal Desk model consisting of deal processing, deal structuring, and leading twice-weekly executive calls for new business sales and existing business client renewals.
- Led a Revenue Management project over three quarters to create a historical archive of all client purchased products with corresponding revenue impact within Salesforce for a $27M ARR client base. 
- Managed vendor contracts and renewals of Sales and CE tech stack of 20 tools.

Business Operations Analyst

- Consistently managed a client book of business totaling ~$10M in ARR. At the height, the book of business capped out at ~$20M in ARR.
- Developed and maintained an interactive Client Deliverability Scorecard for 26 client brands through Looker Studio.
- Partnered with third party vendors like 250OK/Validity/ReturnPath, Sparkpost/eDataSource/Messagebird on a consistent basis to troubleshoot and advise clients.

Deliverability Analyst

- Learned the basics of Deliverability including but not limited to reputation metrics, email authentication protocols, and various Internet Service Providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc).
- Owned a client book of business of roughly $5M in ARR as their dedicated Deliverability Specialist.
- Consistently helped client brands fully migrate their promotional email program from their legacy Email Service Providers (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Oracle, etc) to Cordial in 6-8 weeks.

Associate Deliverability Specialist

- Hired on just weeks after Series A funding (employee no. ~20).
- Provided analysis around the services portion of the business.
- Created reporting for CSM team to see where billable/non-billable hours were spent.

Client Experience Intern

San Diego Christian College

- Worked with clients to host and prepare for conferences/events on SDC grounds.
- Finalized negotiations with potential clients to bring in additional revenue.
- Organized technology, audio/visuals, and logistics when hosting banquets and formal events.

Conference Services Coordinator

- Managed the facilities of a 66 unit apartment complex.
- Acted as a liaison between independent maintenance contractors and college staff members.
- Led and organized a team of student workers to upkeep grounds and accomplish minor maintenance requests.

- Partnered with local print shop to provide tshirts for all incoming students, volunteers, and staff.
- Teamed up with three coordinators to host three day fall orientation for 90+ students.
