- Product Manager Rita Saúde
Served as Product Manager for Rita Saúde, a spin-off from Grupo Sabin focused on developing a digital health platform for our clients.
We redesigned various user journeys, as we developed and launched new features, and reviewed some product strategies. As a result, we achieved an impressive 200% growth and tripled our total number of users. 

- Product Data Manager and Population Health Strategist Amparo Saúde
Worked as a Product Data Manager and Population Health Strategist for Amparo Saúde, a primary care start-up acquired by Grupo Sabin in 2022.
Alongside delivering diverse indicators and data to our internal and external clients, contributing to the establishment and organization of our data strategy, and designing its dashboards, in 2023, I also assisted the company in the certification process for Good Practices in Population Health Management conducted by Grupo IBES, turning us into the first Primary Care company earning that title. This certification evaluates the excellence requirements promoted by the Population Health Management Program of ASAP, the first GSP certification model in Latin America

- Digital Health Amparo Saúde
In 2022, following the acquisition and my joining the Group, we launched an innovative consultation booth at the Sabin Unit in Brasília Airport in partnership with the startup Tuinda Care. This initiative enabled the integration of remote medical care with Amparo Agora professionals through Advanced Telepropaedeutics using Tyto Care. It was undoubtedly a pioneering project in Brazil, taking telemedicine to new heights.

- Directed daily administrative and operational functions for a telemedicine platform, providing leadership and supervision to over 25 family doctors and 6 specialists in endocrinology, dermatology, geriatrics, psychiatry, ophthalmology, and gynecology.
- Recruited, hired, and trained staff, promoting ongoing development and continuing education for attending physicians, especially in using digital tools to enhance virtual patient care.
- Negotiated and resolved employee conflicts, clarified directions, and improved overall performance and job satisfaction.
- Reviewed and designed clinical pathways and workflows, offering data-driven recommendations aligned with company strategies. Prioritized process improvement initiatives, resulting in increased resolution rates, patient satisfaction, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.
- Adhered to quality standards and procedures to minimize errors and effectively resolved customer complaints to foster satisfaction.
- In my first three months, helped build and organize a 24/7 virtual emergency service with a medical team. The MVP tracked key performance indicators such as length of stay, waiting time, NPS, CSAT, and conversion rate, leading to significant product improvements in collaboration with the development team. This product was essential for Amparo's telemedicine operations during the pandemic and remains a critical option for Amparo's clients and patients today. It delivers high-level digital care with an average SLA of less than 15 minutes, an NPS above 90, and a resolution rate of approximately 90%, consistently monitored by performance indicators.

Co-founder and CEO of a white-label SaaS digital platform specializing in facilitating digital health journeys and managing clinics and practices, with tools ranging from patient self-scheduling to payment processing. We also provided patient prospecting and engagement support as per agreed plans.

My key responsibilities included team management and engagement, strategic roadmap development and monitoring, overseeing software development (digital products), managing the team of developers and designers, market research, digital journey creation, client relationship management and prospecting, partnership prospecting for complementary tools, and creating and overseeing top and bottom-funnel marketing strategies.
