Here’s the truth:
Your emotions aren’t your enemy.
Your excuses are your enemy 

But unmanaged, both can feel like chains!
Silent addictions that quietly keep you stuck.

I’ve seen this play out in careers:
↳ You know you’re capable,
but emotions like fear, doubt, or burnout
take the driver’s seat.

Instead of progress, you stay in the familiar. 
You enter what I call a wait phase [ Also Your comfort zone]

That’s when you feel stuck!

I’ve seen this in my own journey.
→ Not lack of talent.
→ Not lack of skills.

But the quiet excuses I told myself:
“I’ll start later.”
“I’m not ready yet.”
“What if I fail?”

↳ Each excuse sounded valid in the moment.
But really, it was fear wearing a mask.

The shift comes when you stop fighting emotions…
and start channeling them.

And yet… You know what’s funny?
Even today people still think introverts are the “quiet ones.”

But let me tell you something—
Sometimes the loudest person in the room is the one carrying the heaviest inner dialogue.

Here’s the thing.
Introversion isn’t about being shy.
It’s about where your energy comes from.

I’ll give you my example—
I’ve spoken on stages, led teams, and facilitated career growth sessions where I was “the voice in the room.”

And yet… when I started in 2010 I only interacted with my team [ see picture below]

Now in 2025 I still walk off stage or after I complete a coaching session, I crave a few minutes silence.
That’s how I recharge.

So when people hear me say, “I’m part introvert,” they’re shocked.

They only see the energy I project.
They don’t see the deep internal energy work it takes to show up.

Here’s the psychology behind it:
🔹 Introversion isn’t a weakness.
🔹 It’s your strategy for impact.
🔹 It’s not about how much you talk—it’s about what fuels you.

Carl Jung revealed it a century ago but modern neuroscience backs it up: 
— Introverts’ brains are wired for deep reflection,

And here’s what I want you to understand 
— If you’ve ever felt “misunderstood” because of how you show up, it’s not a flaw. It’s your wiring.

I know that feeling. In 2014, I carried the same knot in my stomach. 

Here's what I learned during my corporate days: 
I spent more energy hiding what I didn't know than actually learning it.

The energy you're using to mask? 
✅ Redirect it toward learning. 
✅ The fear of being "found out"? Channel it into genuine skill-building. 
✅ The isolation of faking it? Replace it with the connection that comes from authentic learning.

That tells me this:

When I started my journey, I focused on:

Avoiding failure at all costs ❌
