Leading the design initiatives from design thinking based discovery, through to user research, low and high fidelity design, usability testing, design system creation, development handoff and design QA.  Working closely through out the entire process with Engineering, Product, PMs, clients and users. On top of contributing to the evolution of our growing design practice and mentoring the team.

Lead the creation and development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user testing, hi-fi mocks and UI for complex, user-centred digital systems.  Also assisted in pre-sales initiatives and discovery sessions.

Contributing to projects from a design and strategy perspective from end to end. While leading and inspiring the design team. 

Working primarily in the digital space for Nestlé Canada, Kijiji Canada, Manulife, KAO brands and Fortress Real Developments.  As well as contributing design and art direction to social content, branding, packaging, video and pitches.
