In collaboration with master concessionaire, Midway Partnership, manage $75 Million Midway Concessions Redevelopment Program, including the development, design, construction and operations of all airport food and beverage units, retail units and services.  Oversee day-to-day concession operations of over 60 concessions units and coordination with airline and airport partners.

Managed various airport planning programs and analysis for the Chicago Department of Aviation and international clientele.  Key projects included:
• Lead liaison with airport management and contractors to complete O’Hare Airport Facilities Review and Inspection Report, identifying and prioritizing significant airport facility issues aimed at augmenting the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) budgeting for near and long-term consideration  
• Managed scheduling for Chicago Midway Airport gate allocations, collecting and evaluating airline schedules, producing comprehensive gate allocation reports and communicating with airline operators to resolve conflicts 
• Primary role in drafting and oversight of Chicago Department of Aviation Waste Service Request for Proposal (RFP) bid, including managing bid questions and coordination with multiple City Departments

CH2M HILL

•	Assisted Environmental/Water Resources consultants by conducting computer geo-referencing for Chicago waterways and wastewater systems 
•	Worked extensively on targeting, researching and preparing program management initiatives to enhance specific components of 2016 Chicago Olympic bid

•	One of eighteen undergraduate students chosen to participate in intensive Organizational Studies summer program after campus-wide selection process
•	Workshop format applying business interaction skill sets to strategic problem-solving at local businesses and selected New York City and Chicago corporations, with emphasis on proactive analysis of real-world private and public sector organizational issues and recommendation of initiatives aimed at providing value-added solutions 
•	Awarded Organizational Studies Certification after completion of related coursework and submission of comprehensive research paper

•	Engaged in developmental planning, client research, solicitation of community effect responses, on-site sampling of monitoring wells, geo-probe field installation and testing, performed hydraulic conductivity tests and delineation monitoring, wastewater treatment plant development activities and ongoing monitoring, asbestos reporting, documentation and analysis of soil borings, supervised environmentally sound tank removals 
•	Earned Hazardous Work Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPPER) certification
