-Field Office Program Support: 
Take all incoming individuals calls/entering the office and address their needs.
Handout publications to all individuals interested in conservation practices.
Provide information to producers and landowners on WQI, REAP, IFIP, Buffer Initiative, Watershed Programs, and other state programs.
Conduct outreach to all landowners and operators in Johnson County.
-District Activities: 
Communicate weekly with current Johnson County Soil and Water Conservation Board members on ongoing conservation activities.
Promote SWCD conservation cost share activities.
Planned, organized, setup, and staffed county fair in Johnson County.
-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS):
Assist in passing out information, planning, and meeting with producers and landowners on EQIP, CSP, and CRP programs.
Assist DC in notifying producers of yearly status reviews and scheduling field office visits.
Conducted field visits with producers and landowners based on resource concerns.
