Reibus provides a software solution, which operates as a global online marketplace for trading metal. They are the digital broker for aligning buyers and vendors to sell and procure various metals around the world.  They align the top mills, service-centers, fabricators, and OEMs around the world to supply and purchase metal needed for our most important infrastructure.  I was hired after series A funding to build out the sales team from infancy, provide a rigorous process for scalability, and introduce my sales playbook to an industry that has little exposure to a mature sales plan. My MO has been scaling small start-up sales orgs into super-powers, providing them the structure, training, and direction to sustain go-forward success, and this was my mark on Reibus.
▪ Grew sales team from 5 to 70+. 
▪ 600% growth in first 12 months, 2000% in 18 months.
▪ Built out sales enablement including sales strategy, structure, and methodology to scale commercial team at rapid rate.
▪ Introduced new tech stack to support growth and performance with a proven process.
▪ Built six sales teams to hone focus geographically vertically to bring in 4 new revenue streams.  
▪ Created new Training Program, Reibus University to attract young talent and build them internally the Reibus way.
▪ Created Partnership with Kennesaw State University to teach & recruit students in College Sales Program.

Vice President of Sales, USA

NCC Group

As Vice President of Sales, I oversaw regional sales operations with teams of SMB, enterprise, and global sellers along with sales development representatives (SDRs), US marketing initiatives, and sales training teams.


A few key achievements in this role include:

☛ Grew revenue by 24% YOY with 40% reduced headcount, the first growth for the company in more than three years.

☛ Implemented an aggressive strategy to bring in new revenue and doubled sales pipeline value for the team in first four months.

☛ Introduced a new tactic for customer communications and decreased churn and save over $650K in AR. 

☛ Successfully negotiated multiple six- and seven-figure actual cash value (ACV) deals that secured over five years in sustainable contractual revenue.

☛ As part of the Global Commercial Sales organization, led all sales teams based in North America to meet and exceed sales goals while recruiting and coaching new staff members.

☛ Developed a global training program to provide the teams with a structure and guidelines for prospecting new customers and owning the revenue stream.

☛ Designed and rolled out a regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy for channel partner sales that expanded the portfolio and helped to achieve all sales targets.

☛ Working with the marketing team, created partnered campaigns that bridged the gap between marketing and sales, drove various revenue streams, and increased marketing qualified leads (MQLs) by 600%.

As Vice President of Sales I established and led the global sales strategy to improve corporate culture, build high-performance leaders, and meet all sales goals.


A few key achievements in this role include:

✪ Built and trained a sales team of 40+ members to cover various verticals including enterprise, federal, global, healthcare, SLED, SMB, and telecommunications sales.

✪ Grew annual sales revenue by 145% from $21M to over $30M.

✪ Negotiated a million-dollar contract with strategic sales partners that expanded the revenue stream and delivered $2M+ in annual sales.

✪ Retained more than 90% of the customer base by creating a retention model for the customer success and sales teams, an 8% improvement over any previous year.

✪ Developed a reseller program that diversified the revenue stream, helped surpass sales targets, and increased profitability by over 100%.

✪ Designed and launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) strategy that enhanced customer insights, exposed lost revenue, and grew the bottom line by an additional 8%.

As National Director of Sales I headed North American sales operations with a focus on expanding the revenue stream through new alliances with key partners and resellers.


A few key achievements in this role include:

◆ Met and exceeded sales quota in 2016 and grew revenue by 10%. 

◆ Increased sales by more than 35% in 2017.

◆ Attained all funnel forecast and sales goals in 2017 and 2018 for the first time in over five years.

◆ Slashed costs and increased headcount by more than 25% in 2018.

Actsoft allows customers to remotely manage their fleet, employees, and assets through GPS tracking, wireless forms and work order managment, and time and attendance capture for payroll automation. Our solution is the most cost effective way to completely run a wireless, paperless, and efficient business.

In tandem with the above description, I managed major carrier relations within territory working closely with sales and engineer teams to provide complex mobile worker solutions for clients.
