Struggle is real

The price of your work headset doesn't always dictate the quality of sound you'll get on the microphone.

Would you rather have the most crisp voice quality with all your background noise being heard.. OR would you rather be heard clearly in noisy environments but with a bit more processed voice quality. 

Unless you're needing a professional mic for making Youtube videos or a podcast, people on the other end only care if they can actually hear you clearly.

Most UC partners lose THOUSANDS.. not becuase of bad deals but because they let customer buy hardware on Amazon.

If you're a Tech Consultant registered UCaaS and CCaaS deals, you clients are buying the hardware.

When a client searches "Teams headset" on Amazon for exampl, 3 things happen.

1. They choose the wrong headset
2. The deployment gets messy
3. You lose commissions you deserve

This is why we insist on our partners looping us in early, during the evaluation stage, not at the end.

Better hardware alignment with your UC deals = better client outcomes = more partner revenue

As a Tech Consultant, getting paid on telecom hardware is one of the easiest income streams partners aren't collecting.

We did a survey to our existing partners and 100% said "I love the program but dont have any headset opportunities"

If you're logging UC deals with the carrier or your tech distributor, I promise you there's headset opportunities.

IF you were to register the deal with us for hardware as soon as you registered the UC deal, this is where the magic begins.

Yes, you have to do one extra step but for the upside to get paid a 10% commission on most hardware your clients will already be buying.

We don't sell UCaaS or any services, we strictly focus on the hardware so there wouldn't be any conflict there, and we don't contact your clients until you give us the go ahead when it makes sense in the conversation.

No matter if you lose the UC deal or not, you would still be getting paid on the hardware so it helps the bottom line.

Whoever is cold text blasting like this, in the words of Eric Iannello i hope you step on a LEGO, barefoot.

Instead of paying for ewaste, throwing them in the trash or letting them rot in storage, your clients can get $$ back for them 

If you're a tech consultant, easy value add to contact past clients about and for Channel Managers, easy value add to contact your partners about to further keep you top of mind.

P.S. desk phones and other telecom hardware can qualify as well.

Oftentimes when I tell people to avoid connecting Bluetooth headsets to computers, they think it's a sales pitch or something until they find out themselves.

Every day I see this exact same inquiry "Bluetooth works fine on our computers, we dont want another USB port taken up, Bluetooth should just work, its 2025...."

and every day i see the same outcome

Unreliable connection
Bad wireless range
IT team blaming the headsets they invested in are trash
Some headsets connecting and others not
Some headsets giving speaker audio but no mic audio

Bluetooth on computers is NOT the same as Bluetooth on phones.

The second you connect headsets to a computer, it might pair and work fine but the problem is coming.

Maybe not today or tomorrow but it's coming.

Imagine waking up to 50, 100, 200+ headset tickets all saying a variety of the same thing.

All because someone "didnt want to use the USB Dongle" and trust me I get it, I wish it wasn't this way and the little USB Dongle that causes me nightmares at night (half kidding)🤣 wasn't needed. 

Headset tickets are the last thing IT wants blowing up their queue.

Regularly we have conversations with partners working 500+ seat Teams consolidation deals.

Before we start optimally working with a new partner the most common thing we hear is..

"we usually tell the customers to buy their hardware on Amazon or wherever they want"

That one sentence costs partners thousands of dollars per deal.

Tech Consultants, MSP's etc.. dont avoid hardware because you're lazy, it's avoided because

-you dont get paid
-you don't want to deal with compatibility issues
-you don't want to speak on a topic you aren't an expert on
-the carriers dont pay on the hardware and if they do its minimal
-it slows the deal down

Your source the deal, we source the hardware, you get paid 10% commission (usually equals around 30% of revenue) on every unit

No Amazon, no CDW and new income stream that takes no focus away from your core offering and focus.
