Manage the Support Supervisor team. Assist with structuring the Supervisor team, which consists the development and evolution of KPIs and metrics that will be used to asses the teams overall and individual performance. Responsible for coaching the team in three main categories; assisting agents with real time questions and monetary approvals/ discounts, speaking with escalated customers who request to speak with a supervisor, and handling dissatisfied customers who answer surveys or post negative online reviews.
