I’m a physician executive (COO), PA-C, serial entrepreneur, former U.S. Naval Officer, and award-winning filmmaker. It has been a wild, amazing ride and I have so many incredible mentors to thank. Now I enjoy giving back. Whether it's one-on-one or in the context of a formal workgroup, I thrive on coaching and serving as an agent of change. I have developed a proven ability to build, inspire, and empower agile teams to work hard, have fun, and achieve lofty goals. As a servant leader, I strive to lead with empathy, transparency, and authenticity and find my bliss when immersed in diverse, dynamic teams, camaraderie, and creative problem-solving. I'm very grateful to have balanced careers in medicine, executive leadership, and filmmaking, and thrive as a lifelong learner, holding advanced degrees in medicine, public health, business, operational leadership, and film & TV from several universities, including Harvard Medical School, USC Keck School of Medicine, and Mount Saint Mary's University Los Angeles. You can also find me working with the Harvard Medical School, interviewing and assessing high-achieving physician and clinician candidates applying to their Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety Program.
