“I told my wife not to trust me. And not to come with me.
Because I didn’t even have a job.”

This is not a movie dialogue.
This is Varun Chakravarthy talking about his life before cricket worked out.

Before the IPL.
Before India colours.
Before being called a mystery spinner.

Back then, Varun was an architect.

A degree.
A steady salary.
A safe, predictable career.

At 25, he walked away from all of it to chase cricket.
Late. Uncertain. Risky.

No contract.
No guarantee.
No income worth mentioning.

That’s when he told his wife not to trust his decision.
And not to come with him on that journey.

She stayed anyway.

And said something simple.

“Play cricket.
Even if you earn 5–6k, it’s okay.
I’m earning 15k. We’ll manage.”

That belief came before success.
And made success possible.

What followed wasn’t glamorous.

Local league matches.
Small grounds.
A complete reinvention from a medium pacer to a mystery spinner.
Years of being overlooked.

Until one day, the story changed.

IPL happened.
Wickets followed.
India happened.

Behind many careers that finally “work out”,

At just 19, Atharva Chaturvedi was denied admission because the EWS quota in Madhya Pradesh’s private medical colleges was never implemented.

So he did something no textbook teaches.

From his home in Jabalpur, he studied constitutional law using online court videos.
Read past Supreme Court judgments.
Drafted his own Special Leave Petition.
Filed it online to save money.

No lawyer.
No noise.
Just preparation.

When the Supreme Court bench was about to rise, he asked for ten more minutes.
They listened.

In under ten minutes, the Court used its extraordinary constitutional powers and directed that he be granted admission under the EWS quota.

The judges made one thing clear -
It was law, not theatrics, that won this case.

This isn’t just a legal win.
It’s a reminder of what clarity, courage, and persistence can do - even when the system fails you.

Soon, Atharva will sit in a medical classroom he was denied.
Not by luck.
By justice. 🇮🇳

In Ras Al Khaimah, far from their families.
Watching the tensions rise across West Asia.

They just wanted 1 thing - A flight back to India ✈️

On March 6, a rescue mission was planned.

An Air India Express aircraft would fly to Ras Al Khaimah and bring them home.

But just two hours before departure, something unexpected happened.

The pilot assigned to the flight was replaced.

The responsibility was handed to a 23-year-old.

Before leaving for the airport, she said something to her mother.

“Mom… bye. I don’t know if I will come back or not.”

Deepika was part of an all-women crew led by Captain Jaswinder Kaur 🫡🇮🇳

Their job was simple to describe.

Fly in.Board the passengers. Bring them back safely.

But missions like these carry pressure that few people see...
169 families were waiting on the other side.
 
During takeoff, came a tense moment.

The crew briefly lost contact with Air Traffic Control.

Silence in aviation is never comfortable.

But the crew stayed calm and continued the flight.

Hours later, the aircraft landed safely at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.

169 people were finally home 🇮🇳

For Deepika, this flight meant something more personal.

Her grandfather had always dreamed of seeing her become a pilot.

That dream once lived in his words.

On March 6, it lived in the cockpit 🙌🥹

And in the safe return of 169 Indians who reached home...
Because a 23-year-old stepped forward when the moment asked for it. ✈️

Once, he drove an auto-rickshaw on the streets of Bengaluru.
Today, he runs an ₹800-crore beverage empire.

The man behind it: Sathya Shankar 🫡

But the real story is far more interesting than the viral posts...

In the mid-1980s, Shankar took a government loan to buy an auto-rickshaw.

Every day he drove passengers across the city.
Most of what he earned went straight into repaying that loan.

Within a year, he cleared the debt.

Then he upgraded to an Ambassador taxi and started driving tourists across Karnataka.

But he knew one thing clearly:
Driving would feed the family.
Business could change his life.

So he started small.

• 1987 – a spare parts shop
• 1989 – a tyre dealership
• 1994 – a vehicle finance business

Step by step, the foundation was getting stronger.

Then in the early 2000s, one trip to North India changed everything.

Shankar noticed street vendors mixing soda with jeera powder and spices.

A simple local drink.

He had a thought:
What if this flavour could be bottled?

That idea became Bindu Jeera Masala Soda.

Under the group House of Bindu, the company expanded into:

• Packaged water
• Fruit drinks
• Carbonated beverages
• Snacks

Today the business sells 50+ products, employs 2,000+ people, and generates close to ₹800 crore in revenue.

And yes, the same man who once drove an auto now owns a Rolls‑Royce Phantom VIII worth about ₹11 crore...

But the real takeaway isn’t the car.

It’s the timeline.

Auto driver → taxi driver → spare parts shop → tyre dealer → finance company → beverage brand.

Nearly 40 years of building.

No overnight success.
Just steady moves, one after another.

Sometimes the biggest companies start with the simplest observation.

In this case, it was just a glass of jeera soda on a roadside stall. 🚀

Ctruh founder Vinay Agastya recently secured ₹1 Cr on Shark Tank India.

If immersive product experiences become standard, this could be a big shift for online commerce.

This AI agent just placed a Zomato order all by itself. It was wild witnessing this live at FTX!

During the keynote, Razorpay demonstrated Agentic Payments, and I honestly felt the interaction was surprisingly simple.

The order happened through a conversation: one confirmation and payment done.

No checkout pages.
No OTPs.
No jumping between apps.

The whole thing didn’t feel like going through a payment flow at all. It felt more like simply confirming an intent and the system taking care of the rest.

I think that’s the interesting shift here. Instead of navigating multiple steps to complete a purchase (search → checkout → payment.), AI can understand intent and execute the transaction securely by itself.

Feels like the early glimpse of a very different way we might buy things online. And seeing it happen with a Zomato order made it even more real.
