I'm hands on and have a "get it done" approach. I'm available for consultancy, product, project, or analysis work. (These are all interrelated and not as isolated as many job titles imply). Most of my experience over the last 5 or so years is in Enterprise Software for Property Management. Leading and executing on Product Definition, Development, or Implementation. Embedded Power BI or full web application, but I have decades of valuable experience from other industries that almost always brings unforeseen value. I particularly enjoy that immense pleasure you get from improving and delivering a solution. I’m passionate and idea led, not ego led. My motto could be: "Strong opinions, lightly held". I'm pragmatic, multi-perspective and challenge motivated. Strong tendency to be client focused, even-handed and mission focused. I've always worked in the context of technology and change. Very strong developer background (architecture, algos and optimisation) but now focused on demand side of product development and/or operation. I'm pro-agile and remote-friendly. My SC clearance has “time expired” but I could regain it. I've worked on business information systems (various domains), role performance systems, commercial modelling & simulations, video distribution and video game optimisation. Functional roles include consultancy, project management, product management, and business analysis. My experience is broad and I will bring new perspectives. If your team is experiencing limited options, repeating negative patterns, and being blindsided by unforeseen events, you probably need more diversity of thought and experience. You may have gender, skin colour, sexuality, age diversity but have you audited for diversity of thought? "Group think" is indicative of failing in this area. Diversity of thought is as important as alignment on objectives and co-ordination of resources. These are not mutually exclusive; poor managers think, behave and act as if they are!
