As a Professor at Hochschule Kempten and an expert in Leadership and Personnel Development, I support companies in transformation processes and in leading hybrid teams. In my role as the Head of the Institute for Digital Transformation and the Kempten Business School, I focus on actively shaping the future of the workplace and embedding the concept of lifelong learning. Teaching Activities: At the Kempten Business School, I teach the following courses English and German: ❗ Women in Leadership: Promoting and developing women in leadership positions. ❗ Business Psychology: Psychological principles and their application in the economic context. ❗ MBA Program: Integrative management and leadership strategies for future leaders. My Focus Areas: ❗ Leadership as Relationship Management: I view leadership as a form of relationship management, where trust and communication are paramount. ❗ Leader as Influencer & Coach: Leaders should act as coaches and role models, inspiring and supporting their teams. ❗ Network-Oriented Leadership: In an increasingly networked work environment, it is crucial to practice leadership on self, employee, and team levels. My Method: ❗ Truly Applying Knowledge: I not only impart theoretical knowledge but also emphasize its practical application. ❗ Developing Meta and Future Competencies: I support the development of key competencies that are essential for the future of work. ❗ Building a Learning Community: Effective leadership is a continuous learning process that goes beyond one-time workshops.
