WHAT I DO: I help suicide survivors and those impacted by the death of a friend or family member by suicide regain control over their life again. As a survivor of two suicide attempts and one heart attack, the medical community tells me I’m lucky to be alive. I’ve turned that luck into purpose – telling people that they have value, importance, and a purpose as well. WHO I WORK WITH: I help suicide attempt survivors gain clarity of their life’s purpose. SERVICES I PROVIDE: As a coach, trainer, and mentor, I guide you in the process of: • Creating meaning and purpose of your pain, grief, and loss. • Redefining your life by identifying your values. • Aligning you values with your life’s purpose. • Celebrating the small wins – understanding how your accomplishments matter. • Rebuilding your support team so that you have people who can help when needed. • Crafting a life that is both sustainable and livable. • Re-writing your life’s narrative that inspires you to live another day. • Connecting you with professionals who have faced and overcome similar challenges. • Maintaining a new life through support, resources, and accountability.
