The prepaid products have been successfully migrated from the existing legacy platform and delivered into service.

• Produced the Architecture for a new international banking platform focusing on the Foreign Currency products and financial instruments. The integration into the Kwibank core banking platform and any transitional stages undertaken where a key feature of the solution design. 

• Developed the Architecture for a new digital self-service overdraft product that uses online accounting applications (such as Xero) as a key source of customer data for real time credit decisions.

• Developed the Architecture for Kiwibank the next generation Credit Card statements enabling a simpler and clearer customer experience. Reducing the number of customer complaints a queries regarding their statements.

• Help define the strategy and roadmaps for the Kiwibank.  Documenting the current state footprint and producing a methodical approach to producing an effective and up-to-date digital environment.  Focusing on a roadmap to enable a path to a digital bank capability. Enabling customers to carry out their retail and commercial banking business entirely through digital mediums and devices.
