Responsible for improving search & relevance of flagship scientific search engine product, SciFinder-n. Applied natural language processing, machine learning/AI, and data analytics as needed by other departments. Engaged in thought leadership through internal and external presentations.
•	Developed models, using NLP and machine learning, to analyze, categorize, and augment search queries, leading to significant positive feedback from scientific search engine users. 
•	Built value-based pricing model of scientific search engine subscriptions, empowering sales team to demonstrate the value of the subscription during renewal negotiations, enabling value capture and customer retention.
•	Contributed data analysis, writing, and revision to paper surveying developments in RNA medicine. Presented at a large scientific conference. Won CAS Catalyst Award for this work. Paper has been viewed over 20,000 times.

•	Developed key feature for Google Web Search in 29 languages, noticeably enhancing search quality for millions of users, and enabling Google search to dominate in several European countries.
•	Optimized a key component of Google Web Search, enabling an upgrade while keeping the site reliable, and earning a peer bonus.
•	Demonstrated that the more pages users read of a book (within the enforced limit), the more likely they were to buy that book, enabling Google Book Search to secure more agreements with publishers.

The book _Career Dharma: The Natural Art of Work_ was published in June 2023, culminating more than six years of work by my co-author Urmila Edith Best and me. In it, we describe a framework of spiritual career principles based on dharma wisdom. The book explains how they apply to choosing a career, spiritualizing one's working life, and bringing sustainable prosperity to society as a whole. Our book was an Amazon bestseller continually for two months. My co-author has spoken about the book in 17 countries in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and North America. We are gratified by the overwhelmingly positive reception worldwide. We are working on workbooks and an online course. We have been providing consultations to individuals, families (usually parents with teenagers), and communities in different countries who would like to implement career dharma.
