Much of Infrascale's standing as a "Leader" in the disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) space has been due to our expertise in cloud software development, versus the largely hardware-based solutions of past. By leveraging the cloud, we've been able to break-open the market for SMBs and SMEs to finally get the downtime protection they deserve, and MSPs the tools they need to keep their customers running.

The responsibility of the role was a focus on enabling the success of our channel account representatives as well as our channel. Key metrics included new partner acquisition rates, Cost of Acquisition, Margin & ROI schedule, partner churn, upsell rates, and NPS.

Tactics included creating various collateral pieces: competitive, technical training, whitepapers, white-labeled service sheets, customized SoW/PoC framework and procedures, risk assessment worksheet.

To achieve revenue growth goals and differentiate our partner program, I designed, launched, and cultivated an MDF and GTM program to differentiate our total experience that included putting together a 90-day campaign that included customized content (blog, emails, social, webinar). This service also included consultation and assistance in improving the positioning and packaging of services to end customers.

To achieve technical success, I designed and hosted a technical training program backed by the Support organization. This included video collateral, recurring training webinars, and recording key milestones to improve overall UX for our partners, and their end users. Feedback was then facilitated into Product to improve UX design.

Reporting to the CEO, I led all efforts in Product Management and Marketing.

During this time, I was a key member in assessing an acquisition and the following integration into our teams, services, collateral, and roadmap. The success of the acquisition and ensuing integration led us up market, to small and medium enterprise customers, increasing our ASP and MRR and completely differentiating ourselves from our mid-market competitive landscape and disrupting traditional enterprise DR offerings.

During this time, we earned our first position in the Gartner MQ, beginning as a Cool Vendor before being listed as a Challenger in the following year.

The Infrascale platform powers some of world’s leading technology solutions, including over one-thousand independent cloud service companies, VARs and MSPs.  InfraScale has handled billions of file transactions, backed-up of millions of end-points while supporting millions of concurrent users across the globe.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the VP of Marketing, I owned the roadmap and execution of our Services, Programs, and created content required for Sales, Marketing, Support, and our Channel.

Responsible for program enhancement and delivery--developing marketing collateral, sales & technical training programs, and marketing workshops aimed at preparing new partners for successful entry into the market of managed backup services.

Channel Marketing and Operations Manager

Providers of an award-winning on-line backup solution for PC's; Responsible for contracting, executing and supporting strategic partnerships in North, Central and South America. Partners include small IT firms, large Managed Service Providers and Internet Service Providers. Direct operations included working with private schools, universities, medical facilities, financial firms and law offices. 
Accomplishments: 
Created additional sales tools; authored marketing collateral; created customized video collateral for large OEM partners.
Authored and hosted presentations for OEM partners; hosted both internal and partner sales and product training webinars.
Initiated and piloted a new partner program which doubled channel membership in less than 8 months.
Continued growth in the channel by introducing additional training programs enabling partner success.

Channel Account Manager

Silicon Color, Inc.

Silicon Color, Inc. was the first company to take an expensive hardware-based industry, Color Correction, to a software platform (Mac Based). I hosted private information and training sessions to boost market awareness of our product for color correction in 2k film and High-def resolution work-flows. I strengthened and expanded the distribution channel, while providing close support for end-users, on the West Coast of N.America. In working closely with Apple, our engineers were able to create a big-screen quality product to work seamlessly within the Final Cut Pro work-flow for Post-Production. SOS was acquired by Apple Inc., in Fall 2006.
