 🔹 Bootstrapped startups growing boldly.

 🔹 Partnerships forming in real-time at our events.
 🔹 Dozens of inspiring speakers: founders, investors, industry experts.
 🔹 We've hosted over 30 meetups and +5,000 attendees.

Our mission is unchanged — make Fort Lauderdale a powerful place to build a company and do business — and I can feel the momentum growing every month.

To everyone who has shown up, supported, volunteered, spoken, sponsored, or simply brought incredible energy, thank you so much.

Most people probably saw the WhatsApp news and didn’t think twice.

For the first time, one of the world’s biggest messaging apps is opening the door for conversations to move across different platforms. That shift did not come from the tech world. It came from the EU pushing for more choice, more access, and more room for innovation in how people connect.

When communication flows through a few major platforms, the experiences we get are limited to what those platforms allow. By encouraging interoperability, Europe is creating space for new ideas, new players, and new kinds of digital communities.

Here is what it means in simple terms:
Soon you will be able to use WhatsApp to message someone on another app, and they can message you back. Before this, if the communities you cared about were on one platform, you had to be there too.

More choice changes that.
This opens the door for emerging platforms.
It gives users more control.
And it signals a shift toward a more open digital world.

The bigger story is this:
-People want their online spaces to reflect who they are, not just the platform they are on. 
-They want freedom in how they connect. They want ownership in the communities they build.

That is the direction everything is moving.
-Toward openness.
-Toward flexibility.
-Toward community-first digital spaces where organizations can create experiences that truly belong to them.

This shift is happening faster than most people think. If you are building, dreaming, or taking a moonshot, pay attention to these signals and stay rooted in community. That is where the future is forming.
