Worked in conjunction with the Managers and all levels of management to successfully see the daily operations of the computers labs on the Cook/Douglass campus here at Rutgers University. Specific duties were assigned and committee work continued. On-call supervisor for 2 days a week for an emergency situations or issues during non business hours. 

Key Contributions
•	Hiring and Training – Lead the process for the hiring drive in the Spring to find new consultants for the following Fall semester on this campus. This process included application review, interviews, an organizational wide orientation and summer training for all new employees. 

•	Scheduling – Lead the scheduling for consultants for Fall and Spring semesters. Scheduling includes two temporary “sign-up” based schedules and a “by request” permanent schedule per semester.

•	Consultant Discipline and Merits – Dealt with the entry of both merit and disciplinary matters into our tracking system. Then had a follow-up meetings with consultants based on each incident. Due to performance ratings, consultants have been placed on probation and terminated under my watch.
