Here's the thing - I have spent my working career(s) helping others, often at the worst moments of their lives. It was extremely rewarding and something I am very proud of, because it is important to give back to others. I always thought I would retire fully in that industry, but it was not to be. And that's okay, because Life is an adventure and adventures generally take you to places you never would have gone. So while I have found that I couldn't help others directly in my old career path, I have found another platform where I am able to make a difference once again, in an industry that I never expected that I would enjoy. I get to help others directly, make a difference in the world and have a vision for the future that would have never occurred to me had I not made the change. And so the adventure continues...
