- Built out a modern Product group to drive and deliver a customer-focused roadmap
- Maintained an overall customer NPS score of 8.5+
- Increased application uptime from 98.5% to 99.999%, while holding infrastructure spend to a modest growth pace
- Increased growth-focused R&D spend from 30% to over 60% of total R&D spend
- Decreased application support spend from 30% to less than 15% of total
- Decreased overall technical debt by 80%, while managing continuous growth of customer roadmap
- Led SOC 2 certification and audit efforts

Bringing together charitable organizations, corporations, the real estate industry and the public, Agents of Change provides the means for caring individuals to ensure that when they buy or sell real estate anywhere in the world, they work with a talented, socially-conscious real estate agent and direct 20% of the commission back to the charitable organization of their choice.

While at Agents of Change I was responsible for:
- Overall technical vision of the product
- Product management to achieve product market fit
- Development of production ready application platform to support multiple stakeholders - internal and external
- Development of low cost (pre series A) development and production infrastructure

Sparta Capital is a publicly traded investment and distribution company that invests in and distributes a range of technologies, in particular those that contribute to green energy solutions within the global logistics industry.

While at Sparta I was responsible for:
- Taking an MVP product to full production to North American safety specifications
- Managing a global supply chain of components to ensure rapid product production in U.S.
- Creation of sales distribution partnership and networks
- Working with Fortune 500 customers to establish on-road pilot projects for primary product line 
- Reporting to Board of Directors and shareholders on company progress towards it goals

Communicopia Inc.

Communicopia Inc. was an Development Services provider for the Canadian financial services industry. Specializing in secure transactional web interfaces to large legacy banking and an accounting systems, 
Communicopia worked with Canada's blue-chip corporations in the early days of the Internet to bring their businesses to their customers in a secure and user friendly environment. Communicopia was ultimately sold to a global advertising and media conglomerate based in New York.

The Fund Library

The Fund Library Inc. ushered in a new era of online tools for mutual fund investors way back in 1995. According to Maclean’s magazine, we “launched a mutual fund revolution” (January 1998). Our strategic vision and relationship-building skills resulted in a paradigm shift for the highly-competitive mutual fund companies. We brought them together in a collaborative effort to educate Canadian consumers on the nuances of mutual fund investing. The Fund Library was successfully sold to a private consortium of investors in January 2000 and is still an active Web site today.

BMO Nesbitt Burns

- Developed and implemented proprietary software to evaluate derivatives risk across the in-house trading accounts.

- Developed and implemented Canadian Option Course training program for Nesbitt’s internal Financial Advisor Training Program. 

- Managed growth and enhancement program for BMO Nesbitt Burns’ internal information platform – Genisys.
