In just over 2 years, I helped grow our organic follower base on LinkedIn by 79%, Twitter 40% and Facebook 133%. 

During my tenure, I helped turn social sentiment around Philip Morris International from 18% to 80% positive and the organic engagement rate across social media channels.

I successfully lobbied senior stakeholders on the importance of social media in building brand, reputation and lead generation. 

I also personally activated the social media profiles of PMI’s top executives and worked across teams as an omnichannel project manager, delivering communication campaigns for paid, earned, and owned.
