At Chuffed Digital, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to manage the digital marketing for one of Europe’s largest independent ski and music festivals, Rise Festival. Whilst working at Chuffed, I’ve used my expertise to manage a variety of campaigns and strategies across a range of digital marketing platforms. 

Key responsibilities include:
- Content Management & Social Strategy: Overseeing the creation and execution of detailed content calendars, from concept to copywriting and scheduling, ensuring a cohesive tone of voice across all platforms and clients.
- Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong connections with Rise’s online audience, working closely with the festival’s community to foster engagement and boost interaction rates.
- Collaborative Creation: Working directly with freelancers, designers, and content creators to develop a wide range of assets, including videos and graphics, that embody the brands adventurous, high-energy spirit.
- Email Campaigns: Planning and launching targeted email marketing campaigns, while managing automated sequences to keep festival-goers informed and excited.
- On-Site Content: Covering festivals from a UGC point of view, capturing the unique combination of skiing and music to provide immersive social content, while managing media teams on the ground.
- Data & Reporting: Tracking performance metrics and preparing weekly reports, using insights to drive improvements and ensure targets are consistently met. 

Through this role, I’ve been able to across some incredible festivals, such as Love Saves the Day, NRG Weekender, Dialled In, and Rise Festival. From generating engagement across social media platforms to delivering captivating live content on-site, all while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our record label consists of over 70+ releases of free downloads and paid EP’s. Duckland’s streams have surpassed 1,000,000+ streams, with a combined total of 22,000+ Downloads.

Our events specialse in combining local and nationwide up-and-coming, talent into intimate and safe environments we’ve held events at venues such as The Crofters Rights, The Island, Lost Horizon, Basement 45, Clock Factory and the Lanes.

Clock Factory Bristol

During my time at Clock Factory, I used my skills in marketing to promote over 170 shows over multiple venues. Some of my responsibilities included:

- Managing ads across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google, analysing results across demographics and audiences to ensure the best cost efficiency and CPC.
- Organising and liaising with agents, artists and promoters for shows, advancing accommodation, travel, and rider requests to ensure a smooth running show.
- Designing a wide range of assets for all our brands to create unique branding and aesthetics for each brand.
- Managing and maintaining marketing duties for various brands across Bristol and beyond.
- Compiling and updating CSV databases from various platforms, ensuring efficient and direct targeted marketing via email and SMS.
- Filming/Editing and launching content across multiple platforms simultaneously.

A solo project aiming to bring a new experience to clubs within Bristol. "A fusion of old and new, bringing Bristol a whole new experience in nights Fuelled by UK Jazz, Soul, Funk, and Northern Soul. Ensured to be up to date with regulations and COVID safe."

Involved in every stage of the process, from bookings to graphic design. Running the Door, to Djing Nu Jazz. I am working closer than ever with Basement 45 to make these happen.
