A marketing futurist focussed on understanding whats next in tech, culture and CX. I combine strategic marketing with a deep understanding of AI, XR, data and consumer insights, helping set strategy and build teams to bring about profitable business and brand transformations. My skill-set has led me to work with and start-up a number of future focussed agencies and brands, with leadership roles across mar comms, brand strategy, Insight, Innovation and analytics. As head of innovation and insight at Live & Breathe agency, I help lead the success delivery of strategy, analytics and innovation across key business clients including Mastercard, Carlsberg, Imperial and BP. Im also building out our AI consumer intelligence platform, #DataKinetics with an awesome group on analysts and developers, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated CX innovation. Somewhat obsessed about understanding why humans make decisions and hold beliefs, and predicting how tech and culture will change them. As a kid I would change my appearance, outfits & accents, get on the train and become someone else to figure out how peoples responses to me would change. As I learned about Machine Learning, I started to create avatars online to understand algorithms and disinformation, seeking to understand the mass subconscious. I’ve co-founded an innovation agency, a Spirits business, a Soho members club and a conversational Avatar business, The Virtual Influencer Agency, which makes AI Avatars, Immersive internet and gaming campaigns. I have completed a professional education course in machine learning at MIT, and I am always eager to learn and explore new ways to enhance and transform the marketing landscape.
