6 Unusual Habits Of The World's Most Creative People

Calling all my followers and readers with balls- l need all of you amazing 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ parents to come tell your story of loving your kids so the abject trolls and terfs (Hary Potter lady included) shut it once and for all already as they are gaining ground and it has to end. It’s not decent or human to have their stance so undoubtedly, eventually, common sense and humanity must prevail. The Tears of Dopamine podcast launches next week with incendiary (and fully anonymised) interviews but we need more to save kids’ lives. 

Someone has to do this work so we will. Aside from our specialist podcasts on #HumanDebt #TechLedCulture and #PeopleANDTech we only ever started speaking about our lived experiences of being leaders in #technology in today’s world very recently as our teams, our investors and our families would have instantly been in relative danger -depending on their situation and degree of closeness with us- as soon as we would have been militant about our rights and those of our children. Both Dave Ballantyne and l have always been AuADHD parents of trans kids, it hasn’t happend overnight, we simply didn’t think discussing our real life experiences was even possible. One more way in which being in #business makes life nearly impossible when there’s #impressionmanagement, abject fear and impostor syndrome and even lying under the guise of “professionalism” everywhere, but we should have started keeping it real ages ago. Looking back, our reservations haven’t served and we were often isolated fighting systemic injustice in particular in the UK.
