I am an executive operations leader and director of engineering with more than 16 years of experience leading operational improvements for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. I have significant experience guiding: (1) electromechanical products to market, including concept, design, and validation, and (2) the software development of multiple systems and tools. My specific expertise is in Agile and Scrum methodologies, database systems, making continuous process improvements (Kaizen), daily and visual management (Kanban), engineering design, facility management, manufacturing, platforms (APIs), product development, project management, quality control, R&D, SaaS, sales (B2B), and “Standard Work” processes.
