- Defined and executed GTM strategy in Vietnam for user acquisition and retention for the Plentina app and achieved 1,600+ app installs with an install-to-borrower conversion rate of up to 15%, which contributed US$ 1,193.83 GMV in 2 months;

- Collaborated with cross-functional departments in the Philippines to develop a buy now pay later product for the B2B sector and pitch to the executive level;

- Prepared and presented recommendations and findings from experimental data for the executive level.

Growth Marketing Senior Associate

Remote work at a UK-based, multi-awarded IT company.

Now acquired by Eficode, leading DevOps company in Europe.

Duties included: 

Paid Marketing:
- Led in paid marketing campaigns for the US & UK markets to achieve 1.5x MoM growth in B2B leads, 20% of which converted to sales;

- Recruited and managed third-party media vendors to achieve lead and CPL targets;

- Collaborated with the in-house team to ensure campaign flow and governance to ensure quality as well as team’s bandwidth.

- Developed media plans and maintained budget pace.

SEO & Content:
- Led in SEO initiatives in the UK & US markets to develop 2000 new landing pages, 25% of which gained traffic in 2 months;

- Collaborated with 1 freelancer and 1 content marketer to apply SEO on-page practices for 318 content pages, which improved Clearvision’s position from 4th page to 1st page for product keywords, with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Atlassian consultancy & Atlassian training topped the 1st search result in 2 months;

- Delivered SEO training sessions to 3 marketing team members and mentored 1 individual to tackle SEO
research tasks.

Others:
- Line managed and provided mentorship to 1 team member to include his personal development;

- Led in-house creative team to tackle side projects from other stakeholders.

- Strategized & executed paid search campaigns to achieve 1.5x - 2x growth in user acquisition while maintaining a ROAS of 150%.

- Channeled creative concepts and audience segmentation to paid social campaigns for lead generation.

- Built & monitored campaign dashboards for weekly & monthly reports.

- Initiated & owned all paid OKRs as well as budgeted across various paid channels.

- Strategized & executed a full-funnel paid marketing strategy for B2C & B2B mission in Vietnam to acquire 2x user growth and 2x traffic growth; and for B2B mission in Singapore to generate 1.8x qualified leads each quarter. 

- Set new standards for displayed ad creatives of at least 3.2% CTR to reduce CAC by 70%.

- Executed an experiment framework & ideated 10 experiments per quarter to increase marketing efficiency.

SEO
- Conducted competitor research, keyword research & on-page analysis which increased organic traffic to Glints Vietnam website by 4x in Q4 2020.

- Conducted content audit & updated content for Singapore blog in Q4 2020.

Email marketing
- Assisted in building an email marketing cycle to activate & engage with users.

- Strategized and implemented tactical campaign strategies to meet business mission goals.

- Collaborated with cross-functional departments, such as Product marketing team, Content team, UX research, etc. in side projects.

Others
- Soft-launched 1 new product in Vietnam, Glints ExpertClass, an e-learning product, for market experiment.

- Planned and conducted 5 digital events to achieve at least 70 participants per event and 2-3 partners per event.

- Planned and executed all tactical campaigns to acquire 200+ new users and 5 partnerships.

- Built a referral engine (job aggregators) for Vietnam Job marketplace

Among the first 5 employees at Glints Vietnam to witness it grows from 5 - 50, from Series A to close-to Series C.

- Built Glints Vietnam online presence and achieved 3,000+ followers on Instagram and 8,800+ likes on Facebook.
