This required the application of my diverse skills and knowledge, from the mechanical design of microscopy-specific instrumentation to the formulation of detailed protocols grounded in cell biology for cell culture and cryogenic sample preparation.

Duties encompassed conducting cryogenic microscopy, implementing scientific methodologies, and formulation of essays for cell culture and cryogenic sample manipulation.

Probing Protein Import into Mitochondria: Utilized Optical Tweezers for single molecule investigations, designed micro-fluidic devices, formulated experimental protocols, and conducted literature review for comprehensive research analysis.

Single Molecule Biophysics:
•	Investigated the mechanisms and dynamics of protein import into mitochondria using state-of-the-art single molecule technique, Optical Tweezers.
•	Formulated biochemical assays for preparing the single DHFR protein system to study protein import into mitochondria.

Micro-Fluidic Device Design:
•	Developed and designed micro-fluidic devices using 3D printing technology.
•	Employed custom-made microfluidics to create controlled experimental environments for studying protein import processes.

Association and Dissociation Kinetics of HIV-Host Barrier-to-Autointegration Factor (BAF) Revealed by single molecule  Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence Microscopy.

Investigating the association and dissociation dynamics of the HIV-host protein BAF with single DNA molecules using Total Internal Reflection Fluorescent Microscopy (TIRFM) imaging. The role encompassed several key responsibilities:
•	Total Internal Reflection Fluorescent Microscopy (TIRFM):
•	Utilized TIRFM imaging to visualize the interactions between fluorescent single DNA molecules and the HIV-host protein BAF.
•	Designed a microfluidics system combined with TIRF microscopy instrumentation to investigate the binding dynamics of fluorescently labeled HIV-host protein BAF to single DNA molecules.

Research Conduct and Analysis:
•	Formulated experimental designs to measure the association equilibrium constants for the fluorescent protein and single DNA molecules.
•	Developed comprehensive data analysis methods, including image processing and quantification, to extract equilibrium association constants based on factors such as the ionic strength of the buffers and single-site mutations of the protein.

Employing Single Molecule  PALM super-resolution microscopy to investigate protein clusters on cellular membranes with nanometric precision.

Developing Software for Quantitative Analysis of Protein Organization and Clusters on Plasma Membranes:Designing a nowel software tools for Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Photoactivated Localization Microscopy (PALM) data.
