- Performance assessment, where we will evaluate the efficacy of Talent Assessors and Recruitment Sourcing Specialists, recommending performance ratings and development plans.

Recruitment Sourcing Manager - Thermo Fisher Scientific RPO

• Assessing the performance of Recruitment Sourcing Specialists with recommendations on 
 performance ratings, financial incentives, and development requirements
• Responsible for overseeing all activities within the team and that SLA’s are met on time
• Supported business development efforts by conducting in-depth reviews of RFP/RFI requirements to align proposed solutions to client needs
• Conduct 1o1 meetings with direct reports with a focus on performance as per their day-to-day activity 
 against KPI’s, future development, and motivation
• Ensuring weekly/ monthly reports are provided to RDC Manager regarding team and individual  performance
• Effectively allocate client requests for the team in order to keep balance and meet client demands
• Responsible for preventing conflict where possible and resolving it when it arises
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve delivery for each team member effectively
• Understanding team needs and identifying strengths and weaknesses
• Evaluate goals and progression along the way, allowing the team to work collaboratively

Lead Sourcing Specialist

Provides content to support the EMEA recruitment team's employer branding message so that potential candidates can reach and engage with the message. 
Additionally, responsible for creating and utilizing innovative and engaging content across various digital platforms, enabling brands to stand out by uncovering unique stories and turning them into engaging content. 
Develop and implement innovative and effective diversity sourcing strategies for both campuses and/or experienced talent in close collaboration with the talent acquisition team. 
Gather key market information to identify best practices to continuously improve diversity recruiting programs and initiatives by understanding the competitive landscape. 
Analyze diversity data for business/functions to determine appropriate areas of focus and work with diversity leadership to develop strategies and tools for improving the pipeline of diverse candidates.

Delivers expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Talent Assessors, drives attraction campaigns, and executes sourcing strategies and plans for passively sourcing niche candidates.

- Communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk. 
- Attracting passive candidates for pre-identified scarce and critical roles (talent pool framework) and delivering a positive experience through every candidate interaction. 
- Understanding KPIs and SLAs and monitoring service delivery against contractual terms. 
- Mentoring and supporting each team member as necessary to achieve high performance. 
- Assessing the performance of Talent Assessors and Recruitment Sourcing Specialists with recommendations on performance ratings, financial incentives, and development requirements.
