Responsibilities in the position include a detailed review and assessment of used vehicles received in the network of retail centers in Serbia. Organization and coaching of the sales team, as well as continuous improvement of sales services. Analysis and assessment of market and sales prices, organization of sales of used vehicles. Cooperation with leasing companies and insurance companies. Fieldwork in the assessment of the used vehicle. Tour of Ford showrooms throughout Serbia.

	•	Complete reorganization, planning, management, coordination and control the operations of the Used Vehicles Department;
•	Generated over 50% increase in annual sales during the first year;
•Newly designed 1-5 year warranty to increase used car sales and keep customers in our service shops until the next trade-in;
•	Set sales goals by anticipating annual sales quotas of expected sales volumes for existing and new products;
•	Effective monitoring of competition and adequate margin adjustment based on supply and demand;
•	Monitoring the work of sales teams and working on the increasing motivation of the team;
•	Cooperation with rent a car companies, negotiating buyback terms of used vehicles (AVIS, EUROPCAR, CARWIZ, AR)
•	Organize tasks related to reporting and preparation of relevant sales reports;
