After helping MTE rebrand at Barker&Christol (previous employer) I moved internally to help implement that identity across the organization. To accomplish that over the last three years, I've worked closely with senior leaders, collaborated with teams from every department, worked with architects, interior designers, IS, and IT, etc.

I design visible and invisible solutions to problems using design thinking, systems thinking, and first principles. I've worked on behalf of agencies as a 1099 and have also worked for my own clients from small local business owners, regional, national, and global brands ranging from startups worth 5 million in their seed round of funding to companies with annual revenue of $1.2billion. In the process, I've partnered with architectural firms, IT departments, interior design teams, and tech teams to implement brand assets across virtually every medium. I'm a resourceful interdisciplinary designer.

Responsible for leading projects forward, developing budgets and timelines for projects and maintaining those, creating designs and presenting designs to clients for approval. Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign – including but not limited to TV commercials, websites, print and digital ads – and coordinating the work of other artistic strategic partners, such as graphic designers and web developers and production vendors.

Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign and coordinating the work of other artistic strategic partners, such as graphic designers and web developers and production vendors. Creating artwork for websites, both mobile and desktop with a focus on ui/ux, and packaging to hand off to the developers.  Developing Logos and brand guides for clients. Developing budgets and timelines for projects and presenting designs to clients for approval.

Early in 2018 I sat down to create something that would help me meet people in the creative industry while also helping me conquer my fear of the stage. So I created STIR — built to mix current leaders with future leaders in the design industry. I organized and moderated Q&A design panels at local universities featuring agency and in-house teams. We created a space for candid conversation around industry myths, industry expectations, and industry preparedness. In 2019/2020 we hosted 10 'Ask An Agency' events with over 200 students in attendance at 4 different universities and partnered with AIGA at MTSU to host several 'Designer Dinners' (DD) that better equipped designers to solve definable problems through deep conversation.
