ERM: Environmental Resources Management

At ERM, I take initiative to help drive the growth and success of the Change & Transformation consulting business. I work with a diverse client portfolio, including clients from the oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, mining, technology, and food and beverage markets. I demonstrate my ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and to book personal sales in consulting services.

I lead senior client stakeholders through learning needs analysis and strategic program design, and coach on business solutions, designing and conducting  surveys, and other data collection tools, and analyze results, including using Voice of Customer (VoC) methods.

In addition, I run focus groups and facilitate workshops, to build and execute integrated service program plans.  I design and conduct training on Sustainability, Digital, and EHS management topics and prepare client internal business proposals and presentations for an executive-level audience.

Through my strategic learning program design, I lead teams of technical and non-technical practitioners on complex programs. I exhibit strong business acumen, business strategies, and a collaborative working style, and use my consulting, business partnering, influencing without authority, and stakeholder engagement skills to move from project to project with ease and reprioritize regularly.

Furthermore, I handle a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously and work and adapt to ambiguity positively. I utilize my global cross-culture business experience and business exposure to deliver exceptional results for my clients.

▪ Planned course schedule of iPad and technology training courses, liaising with facilitators on topics, duration, and price ensuring high-quality instruction.
▪ Implemented the communications plan by producing monthly association newsletters, managing email marketing software, and generating brochures, rack cards, and posters while maintaining and elevating a cohesive brand identity across all communications channels.
 ▪ Worked as a cross-functional team to collectively develop strategies across various marketing and communications platforms including managing social media channels and website updates.
