Lead a sales team in the South Sound from Seattle to Olympia to #1 in the Country. I lead the district's sales efforts in accordance with corporate guidelines to increase client base through the implementation of approved sales and marketing programs.

-Manages the achievement of corporate objectives by individual product line within area of district responsibility and within budgeted financial guidelines.

-Recruits, selects and directs sales staff in meeting or exceeding corporate goals. Monitors attainment versus forecast.

-Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to clients and the community.

District Sales Manager

Oversees all assigned operations (commercial, retail and/or private client group) within assigned District.  Supports branch growth and goals and ensures sound operational understanding and implementation of operational procedures.  Ensures successful results in each branch in the areas of compliance and loss control through employee training and monitoring of tasks. 

Reviews, manages and reduces the region's Miscellaneous Losses and Teller Differences.  Establishes communication, training and reporting process to ensure branches are operating to most current operational and security processes.  Jointly responsible along with district managers for successful RQA (Retail Quality Assurance) reviews.  Provides support for internal and external fraud, properties and maintenance, legal escalations, staffing and personnel concerns, community involvement and other applicable areas.  Manages Operations Specialists and their day-to-day responsibilities.
