As a Consultant, my main responsibility is joining hands with enterprises to find the best option for their business need LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and Workplace by Meta services via communication, presentation, and engagement assistance.

Key responsibilities:
• Connect key stakeholders with the right solutions (LinkedIn, Workplace) to enhance their productivity and success.
• Work and report directly to the CEO relating to partnership-business strategy.
• Prospect and conduct qualification/pitch calls to assess potential customers.
• Translate and prepare Marketing materials for partner services to prevent language barriers for Vietnam enterprises. Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct a marketing campaign to get new leads.
• Monitor & analyze Sales reports to identify gaps and then provide solutions to gain performance.
• Partner Management to ensure a smooth and swift cooperation with partners

As a Business Developer at LittleBig Connection, I help the Vietnamese market grow by discovering new opportunities for IT talent. I work with local companies to identify and connect them with top IT professionals, using my skills in customer relationship management, relationship building, and new business development. I enjoy connecting the dots and watching them glow in my journey.

Before joining LittleBig Connection in July 2023, I was a Client Success Consultant and LinkedIn Representative at Anphabe.com, where I joined hands with enterprises to find the best HR solutions for their needs. I worked and reported directly to the CEO, and contributed to the partnership-business strategy. I also have a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University Of Finance and Marketing, which has equipped me with the knowledge and passion for global markets and cultures.
