From initial scope discovery through to deployment and overseeing ongoing processes. I am currently fully aligned to one client that uses Agile methodology to queue and deliver work. •	Assist in refining features and user stories prior to consideration for a sprint.

Cloud Optimization Professional Services Manager

As a Solutions Architect I provided essential support to the Sales team in pursuing opportunities requiring on-the-spot technical expertise as well as fully expressing the capability of the Technical Delivery team. My responsibilities included:
•	Liaise between the sales organization and the delivery organization to identify appropriate solutions for a given opportunity as part of a sales pursuit.
•	Provide concise responses to request-for-proposals (RFP) and supported sales on-site and virtually throughout the pursuit process.
•	Generate estimates for small, medium, and large anticipated scope for several thousand to multi-million dollar opportunities.
•	Conduct scope discovery workshops and perform deployment readiness activities to enable clients to align resources and information for a smooth project kick-off.
•	Prepare and lead technical knowledge transfer sessions to the project leads to ensure all information from sales is carried into delivery.
•	Provide input on the over 70 opportunities throughout the year.

As the integration architect for each client assigned, I am the point person for all technical solutions. In support of the internal and customer deployment teams, I identify and drive these technical solutions ensuring Workday as a platform is leveraged to the maximum.

In addition to ensuring the implementation of all integrations fall within well-established standards, I also encourage and guide clients in taking ownership of these deployed integrations and build upon their experience to derive additional value in a post-Production world.

•Deliver superior service through experience and skills in guiding clients through the implementation of Workday in all things integration through each phase of the projects from scoping, planning, analysis, design, build, deploy, and support.

•Led the technical deployment of 530 interfaces spanning approximately 210 vendors and internal applications across nine Workday Phase 1 projects.
•Developed and deployed 20 identity management integrations, 5 data warehouse enterprise integrations, 9 service-oriented architecture integrations, and established 14 single sign-on connections.

•Lead technical aspects of the Workday solution throughout all stages of multiple on-going projects from planning, analysis, design, build, deploy, and support.
•Maintain and enhance skill set in specialized Integration areas; focusing on custom ESB solutions, user reporting needs, and post-production support.

-Client Projects-
•As part of an annual compensation process, worked closely with functional stakeholders and client technical team. Designed and developed a custom Workday integration to generate and deliver individualized equity grant letters (with differing country formats). This effort saved the functional team days of manual mail merges and human error while also delivering a seamless integration to 8000+ employees.
•As part of a global Workday HCM deployment, configured  and tested multiple benefit integrations for the following benefit vendors: VSP, Metlife, Unum, and Kaiser. Worked extensively with the benefit admin and benefit vendors in ramping up and completing these delayed integrations.
•Worked closely with client and 3rd party teams alike in gathering requirements, defining functionalities, and deploying solutions.
•Lead a post-production project to evaluate, fix and improve upon an existing suite of integrations developed by a competing firm. Interpersonal interactions and the quality of work delivered proved a key factor in winning additional work from client.

-Internal Initiatives-
•As part of a high-growth strategy, directly trained more than several dozen new resources and designed a training regiment replete with various technical deliverables. 
•Also updated the internal wiki (Central Desktop) with relevant updates and changes to the Workday solution.
