With a broad background in all aspects of marketing, corporate and business communications, advertising and graphic design, copy writing, business and personal coaching and consulting, I consider myself a strong business development advisor and life skills partner - with over four decades of knowledge and experience derived from a select group of regional, national and international clients. Being raised on a farm in the rolling fields and woods of Caswell County, located in north central North Carolina, I was the product of hard work and long days, which resulted in a strong work ethic. My mom taught me to be considerate and forgiving of others, while my dad instilled in me life lessons that have served me well as a business owner...the main ones being that a man’s word is his bond, a firm hand shake makes the strongest contract, and trust is an invaluable asset. In fact, I valued this upbringing so much that my wife and I still live on our family farm - which has been a part of my family’s original lineage dating back to our coming to the area in 1797. Early on I learned that success - in business and in life - was not entirely based on making money and financial achievements, but the result of establishing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with great clients and friends, developing and maintaining a good name and reputation, building a firm foundational character, having and appreciating a loving family, and benefitting from the unending help of a supportive life partner. After a long and extremely satisfying career, I now enjoy working with very select group of individuals and companies interested in benefitting from my experience and knowledge. This effort is now supported by two platforms: my 'Every Person A Winner' coaching program for individuals (group or 1:1 opportunities); and my MAP (Marketing - Advertising - Promotions) Consulting Program for business clients.
