 I am one of a team responsible for driving down lead time and improving OTD [ On Time Delivery ] ... 
It is also required to generate daily OTD Report, Machine shop Adherence to Schedule Report, Capacity Loading Reports and to generate a weekly analysis on the previous weeks late deliveries ...

Raise P2P [ Plant to Plant ] purchase orders for China Hub. Daily product stock take reporting. Assist with raising Pick lists for shipping to China Hub. Assist in setting up master data on SAP MRP system. Micro manage R & D production orders.


Develop reliable business critical inventory reports.. Recently Developed and released standalone Excel MRP/ERP data base to enhance the business reporting throughout Vertu for shortages and the forecasting against open P2P retail orders and customer Trade orders.. The Excel MRP/ERP system is semi-reliant on SAP reports..
