As an Account Executive at Syntax, I work closely with SAP customers to understand their unique business challenges and help them unlock the full potential of their SAP systems. 

My role involves guiding companies through their digital transformation journey, whether it's through Cloud S4 migrations or implementations, optimizing existing infrastructures, or providing managed services. By taking a consultative approach, I ensure that the solutions we deliver not only solve immediate issues but also align with the long-term strategic goals of the organization, maximizing their SAP investments and driving business growth.

As a former Firefighter Recruit in the fire academy, I underwent rigorous physical and classroom training to prepare for firefighting duties. I engaged in intense physical workouts, learned firefighting techniques, and practiced emergency response simulations. Through hands-on training and teamwork exercises, I developed essential skills in fire suppression, rescue operations, and hazardous materials management. I thrived in high-stress situations, demonstrating discipline, professionalism, and a commitment to safety at all times. This experience instilled in me the skills and values I hold today.

I’m always learning and looking for new ways to support both my clients and myself, whether through books, podcasts, or just new experiences.
