I involved in the Virtual Employee and Recruitment Process Outsourcing services. The services are offered globally but the Major client base is coming from United States of America (USA) and United Kingdom.
 
As I indicated that I was fortunate enough to get my hands on various aspects, I would like to mention a few Key Roles I play in the organization. 

1. Client Onboarding Process 
2. To ensure successful trial period. 
3. To have periodic feedbacks. 
4. Identify potential problem areas and to solve them along with the Operations Team. 
5. Managing the Billing process for clients. 
6. Resolving Client Issues. 
7. To work in sync with Operations team. 
8. Identifying business opportunities among the existing clients. 
9. Managing the business development activities like, Lead Generation, Email Campaigns, Lead Management. 
10. To ensure maintenance of CRM - Customer Relationship Management System. 
11. One of the Key responsibility is to keep a check on Retention Report.

Operations Manager

As Team Lead BPO Operations I was responsible for:

1. Educating the clients on what to expect out of services. 
2. Ensuring Successful Trial Periods for the client. 
3. Retaining the clients. 
4. Managing Client Expectations. 
5. Managing Quality Control process. 
6. Ensuring Timely Delivery. 
7. Maximizing utilization to keep the client engaged. 
8. Training the team. 
9. Imbibing the feeling in the team that client comes above all. 
10. Identifying the second line of command and train them. 
11. Help team with Sourcing, Researching, Screening, Identifying the profiles/resumes as and when required.

Team Lead

With over 14 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, I've had the privilege of working with clients across the globe, with a primary focus on the UK, USA, and Dubai markets. My expertise spans various industries, including ecommerce, retail, accounting, recruitment, and real estate. Currently, I serve as the Co-founder of two dynamic companies, UNFA and WeekDay Work, where we strive to provide top-notch virtual assistant services to businesses worldwide.

Outside of work, I'm a proud father to a lovely daughter and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. When I'm not immersed in the world of outsourcing, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family, indulging in my favorite TV shows, hitting the gym to stay fit, or simply relishing moments of peaceful sleep.
