As a member of the digital platform & adoption team, I contribute to projects by identifying business requirements, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing digital solutions for companies across various industries.

In the team I work with, we apply Agile Project Management frameworks in order to efficiently meet tight deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction while understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Applied Scrum as the Project Management framework, managed the backlog and scrum ceremonies;
-Designed and implemented 30+ new features and improvements for 5+ digital products;
-Designed and developed 5+ web apps and MVPs using Low Code/No Code tools;
-Understanding clients' needs and translating them into technical requirements;
-KPI analysis and reports;
-Deliverables & work progress reports;
-Lead business development and innovation initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops to improve and shape the offering
