The speed of it still catches me off guard. I'm so damn excited to be on this $10M ride with HeyReach.io. 🦄 

We celebrated with a $6.99 carrot cake slice from our local supermarket. Three people, three forks, our house in the Mission.

I sorted my thoughts on this milestone while re-watching The Matrix on 35mm film at the Roxie, SF's oldest theater. 


🐇 Nothing gets swept under the carpet. 

At HeyReach.io, our leadership meetings... you take the red pill, sit down, and accept that nothing gets sugarcoated.

We argue, we push, we call out what’s broken. And we face the messy consequences then and there. It’s ruthless.

But here's the thing 🤌 this is what makes us grow, it's evident. We care too much about what we're building to pretend something's fine when it's not.


🕴Customer-facing teams became the customer.

It's tempting to fall into the blaming game when things break. We’re not flawless, especially when relying on third-party tools and services.

Our CX team advocates hard for customers in every conversation with product and engineering. Sometimes they hate us for it, but that’s the point, devs don’t talk to customers directly, so we carry their voice.

And we keep customer conversations & tickets in official channels, not hidden in separate DMs. Transparency matters. No more “he said, she said”.🫸 


We’re just $2M away from $10M ARR, and it’s only possible because every team owned it.  

Accountability at work is the root of great customer experience. When teams own their work, customers feel it. 🌟

The message couldn’t be clearer 👉  Clay is going places, and we all felt it after #Sculpt2025. 🌈 

Launching the Sequencer, Audiences, Signals, the Sculptor and more showed just how far you’re pushing the boundaries. It perfectly ties back to the sentence Kareem Amin made sure to print on the cutest tote bags:

You outdid yourselves!!! From the vibe of the venue, the incredible energy, the Clay cups, to the packed halls buzzing with people meeting, greeting, and connecting. It was all inspiring, wholesome, and full of love. 

It’s hard to believe Sculpt was just a week ago, the posts, impressions, and love flooding social media still speak volumes. This event became a real space for all of us to connect and strengthen our bonds.

I attended Intercom's #FinMeetup a few days ago, and it confirmed what I've been experiencing firsthand 👇

We're not preparing for an AI revolution in customer experience, we're already in it.

Meeting Jordan Neill, the MVP behind Fin AI, and hearing Marcel Weekes talk about how AI is reshaping Figma's industry standards right now, was incredible. Questions were flying (literally), as the audience was ❤️‍🔥 


How it started at HeyReach.io? I'll be honest.

I wouldn't have believed in Fin's power without Robb Clarke. He didn't just show me the features, he guided me through modeling and tweaking every component until I understood how to truly rely on it. That made all the difference.

The trends are moving at lightning speed. Here's what helped me: 

🥁 Don't waste too much time being skeptical. Lean into curiosity and take baby steps.

🥁 Set realistic expectations and get your hands dirty. This isn't overnight magic, it's about improving month over month through consistent refinement.
