My last journey prior to Salesforce had been with cloud-based SaaS contact center startup Talkdesk as a Solutions Consultant. As an expert in network technology and communications, I delivered custom implementations for clients in need of sales or support use case contact centers. I am trained and familiar with multiple CRMs, Helpdesks and eCommerce solutions.
