I focus more heavily on our narrative and strategy which includes a lot of research. Additionally, I like to ensure the success and happiness of our customers which includes setting up processes to make sure they are engaged and reaching their goals whether it be during a POC, onboarding, or moving forward as a long-time customer.

Chief Experience Officer

Valuing the view I had across departments, my tasks remained a mix. I focused mainly on user experience and the product. Focusing heavily on retention, I also picked up account management and content creation with a strong emphasis on use cases and inspiration to increase adoption.

My time was divided between sales, UX, and marketing tasks. This allowed me to use and share my knowledge across departments. A learning from a sales conversation could influence content strategy or an observation about user behavior could inform product direction and more.

My main focus was creating content around personalization and A/B testing to educate the incoming user base and to build thought leadership. However, since the product was in its early stages and there were big launches happening, I also helped with product and customer support.
