Kirsten McGregor, CRE is Founder and Principal of Sagax Associates and has over 25 years of experience in economic development and resilience nationwide as a consultant and civil servant on the state, regional, local, and federal levels. Kirsten received her Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her BA concentrating on Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
