My journey to servant leadership began in my teen years. I had wonderful mentors growing up and was supported in earning the Eagle Scout rank in high school and running my first business mowing lawns around our neighborhood. Through this guidance, I was fortunate enough to work my way through college and graduate debt free. Later, I spent 21 years as a detective uncovering facts, solving problems, and delivering solutions that mattered. After retiring, I founded a school, a thriving real estate business, and a life dedicated to doing hard things outside my comfort zone and helping others discover their passions. Today, I bring that same passion for problem-solving, trust-building, and service to commercial roofing.
