I was involved in building something I’m really proud of—a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of IT businesses. Our goal was simple but ambitious: to create a platform that people could trust, with a process that was transparent, efficient, and genuinely helpful for everyone involved.

— I modelled and prototyped the user interface, leading the launch of a marketplace for selling IT businesses from scratch.
— Implemented Agile processes for continuous improvement, enabling us to test an average of 25 weekly hypotheses. 
— Hired and successfully managed a product and production team of 15 digital specialists, including UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.

I had the chance to build something that genuinely made a difference in the metal industry. Lominfo was designed to bring together factories, independent metal processors, and other key players, creating a platform that simplified collaboration in a traditionally fragmented space.

— I designed the platform using the Progressive Web Apps (PWA) model. This approach allowed us to separate front-end and back-end development, making it easier to add new features quickly and keep things running smoothly.
— Hired and managed a small but skilled team — designers, front-end developers and back-end developers.
—  I implemented a growth hack process to conduct weekly experiments aimed at boosting user engagement and increasing revenue. For example, we increased Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) by over 250% within four months.
