I completed my MBA internship at SC Johnson, working on the global innovation team for the Glade Brand. As a Brand Manager intern, I focused on developing a go to market strategy for different markets while positioning the product to win in the category without cannibalizing other products in our portfolio. As a Product Manager at LEER Group, I leveraged my 6+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, and eCommerce to deliver innovative and profitable products for the leading manufacturer of truck caps and tonneaus in North America. I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Notre Dame, where I aim to enhance my strategic and analytical skills by pursuing a STEM designated degree with a focus on Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics and a minor in Strategy. Further, I worked cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to provide feedback and direction for new product features, corrective actions, and cost reduction initiatives. I also managed multiple eCommerce sites and brands, including RollItUp and FoldItUp by LEER on Amazon, where I oversaw the launch, growth, and forecasting of private label products. I also managed our launch into Amazon FBA to supplement our merchant-fulfilled strategy. Additionally, I collaborated with external agencies and internal stakeholders to create and execute effective social media, digital marketing/e-commerce development, and lead generation campaigns that drove awareness, engagement, and conversions for LEER Group's products.
