I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Stellenbosch where I majored in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management and Industrial Psychology. I acquired a good understanding of Marketing, Business Management, Project and Strategic Management, Accounting and Financial Management during my degree and aim to increase my knowledge of these subjects as my career progresses. I am working as an SDR at TecEx and I'm thoroughly enjoying working in such a young, fast-paced and high-energy environment. I previously worked for Seeff Properties Edenvale as a candidate property practitioner (intern estate agent) and digital marketer. As an estate agent I learned valuable lessons in sales, customer service, personal branding and marketing. For many people the property that they purchase will not only be their home but also their biggest asset and so this process requires organisation, transparency and good customer relationships in order to be successful. Some of the skills I learned working as a real estate include canvassing, populating legal contracts and agreements, email etiquette, basic property law and stock and brand marketing. At university I found great interest in Project Management and Strategic Management which I studied in my final year of my degree. I would love to pursue a career in project management or sales management as I possess both interest and skills in both of these roles. I am open to learning and adapting to any suitable role that presents itself. I am also qualified as a certified level three first aider as well as a certified Au Pair with Reliant Au Pairs which I found beneficial when I worked as an Au Pair during my degree. I am hardworking, committed and reliable, I have good people skills and I am confident. I am eager to continue learning and see myself as both competent and thorough. I am interested in business management, sales, project management and marketing and would love to utilise my skill set and interests to create a positive impact on society.
